Arwen the Fair, Lady of Imladris and Rivendell, Queen of the Reunited Kingdom of Arnor and Gondor, the Evenstar of her people, is revered for her quietly confident demeanor, compassion, and steadfast loyalty.

After falling in love with Aragorn, a human man, Arwen forsakes an eternal life in Valinor, a type of paradise for immortal beings, telling Aragorn, “I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone”.
