The Laurel Three Stone Ring features a pale pink morganite framed by two silver rose cut diamonds. The braided twig band is inspired a traditional Celtic Knot and hand sculpted from real twigs.
In Maori mythology, the universe was created as a result of an embrace between Ranginua (the Sky Father) and Papatūānuku (the Earth Mother). As these figures lovingly held one another they bore children, who existed in a dark and cramped space and dreamed of an outside greater world. Eventually, Tāne, the god of the forest decided that he had to separate his parents. With his back to his Earth Mother and his feet against his Sky Father, he heaved and painstakingly pushed them apart to allow light into the world. It is then believed, that trees in the forest are responsible for holding apart the earth and sky to this day.
Our Laurel Morganite Three Stone Engagement Ring is an homage to this storied myth. Dazzling with a peachy pink round-cut brilliant morganite and two sparkling rose-cut diamonds, the ring gleams with a lively energy, reminiscent of the forest itself. Like Tāne separating the earth from the sky, the center morganite emits a fiery glow as it separates the two identical diamonds and provides deep visual contrast to their icy sparkling exterior.
Show your loved one that they bring light to your life with the Laurel Morganite Three Stone Engagement Ring. Available in solid gold or platinum, the Laurel Morganite Three Stone Ring is sure to light up their life like the universe itself.
