Ring Repair - tighten settings, check clean & polish ring

This listing covers checking and tightening all settings, polishing and routine maintenance.

 

We reserve the right to charge extra for any repairs outside the scope of this repair agreement.

Please include your repair order number and/or name used to place repair order somewhere on or inside the box!

 

Your ring must be shipped securely in the original velvet ring box (or a box with similar protection) and well packaged.  Damages that occur in return shipping will not be covered by the repair agreement.  Any shipping method you prefer is fine, but I would strongly recommend that you track and insure the package.  Any lost packages are the responsibility of the shipper.

Please allow 4 weeks processing time for your repair.  All shipping is covered by the recipient and insurance is required.  Unless otherwise requested, all returns will be shipped via UPS Ground Insured Mail. Rings over $10,000 ship UPS Next Day Air only.
