The rush fee essentially lets you skip to the head of the production line. If you need your ring quickly, it's a highly recommended addition.
If you need your ring by a specific date, this date needs to be clearly written in the order comments for your rush fee purchase.
Even if we have already discussed dates via email or phone, the date MUST BE WRITTEN IN THE COMMENTS. This is the only way I have to keep track of everyone's needs.
The rush fee is non-refundable. Kindly note that unforeseen delays may occur in the creation of your handmade jewelry. I cannot 100% guarantee any delivery time, but I do my best to meet your timeframe. Requesting a specific date does not guarantee that the production time is feasible. In general, all rings take a very minimum of two weeks to create.
Shipping speed does not affect production time, though I do recommend selecting overnight shipping if you need your ring quickly. Other shipping methods can add an extra 2-4 days transit time.
I reached out to Olivia with the live chat on the site, with some questions about resizing. The ring I was looking at matched what my fiancée was looking for, but it was the wrong size. I asked Olivia if she could resize it and have it to me in the mail before we went on vacation where I proposed. She probably wouldn't call herself a miracle worker, but with the rush fee I would say it's the closest thing to it. Very happy with how it went.
