It’s been wonderful to work with Olivia. She’s attentive, responsive and creative. The Birch band I bought for my fiancé came out very nicely. My only concern or comment is that the oxidation or blackening of the ring for the look of texture wasn’t as deep or prominent as I thought it was going to be. I’m other words, it’s a little too shiny. However, the quality and work window fit perfectly. Thank you!!
