Not only that, but Olivia's customer service is second to none. I'd have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking to buy a ring online. The package had a stint were it disappeared from tracking for a few weeks (through no fault of hers - things just happen in the post sometimes!), and Olivia contacted me for updates regularly and was eventually ready to make other arrangements for me when it finally showed up.
