SETTING AND FABRICATION While we take utmost care in setting and fabricating our jewelry, please understand that the process involves delicate craftsmanship. We are not liable for any damage that may occur to your provided gemstone during the setting or fabrication process.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE Our pieces are shipped using Route shipping insurance, which covers potential damages or losses that occur during transit for the work we've done. However, this insurance does not extend to cover your provided gemstone itself.  Carrier insurance may be added to your order upon request.

PURCHASER’S INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you insure your gemstone under your own insurance policy. This will provide you with comprehensive coverage in case of any unforeseen circumstances, damage, or loss that may occur to the gemstone before or after it reaches you.
