This Roma collection piece is an antique diamond solitaire ring featuring a reclaimed Old European Cut diamond in a hand-carved 6-prong setting.
The band is sculpted entirely from real twigs and leaf buds that were pieced together to create the vine-like setting. The Roma ring band is set with eight tiny white diamonds.
