My fiancé and I got a beautiful engagement ring from Olivia. She was so flexible with combining elements of different styles of ring for us to create a super special truly one of a kind ring. She communicated thoroughly with us on every aspect of the design including selecting the stones and provided us with mock up's and updates throughout. The ring was also being shipped overseas to us and on Olivia's side everything was taken care of and she answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. UK customs were a bit tricksy, which was not her fault at all but something to bear in mind if you have a time sensitive delivery as that part took longer than expected. I'm in love with the ring, it's everything I hoped my engagement ring would be and working with Olivia to create it was a delight! We're most likely going to get our wedding bands with her as we had such a good experience and love her work!
